From Buenos Aires to Shanghai to New York City, Alex has worked with artists and arts organizations in fifteen countries spanning five continents. After 7 years at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Alex was appointed President & CEO of Arts Commons in January 2020. Alex is guided by three unflappable goals: to increase equitable access to the arts, to redefine the relevance of the arts, and to articulate the full impact of the arts. Alex spends most of his free time exploring the world with his wife Aliza and their two dogs, Olive and Pickle.
