Artist biography

Tansi, my name is April Roan. I am a proud mother of five children. I am Nêhiyaw (Cree) from Ermineskin Cree Nation, Treaty 6.   

During my free time I enjoy making jewelry and beading. I believe in they Nêhiyaw way of life and will continue to teach my children my ways. I am proud to be apart of the team and to take the day teaching my skills of jewelry making. Hiy Hiy (thank you).
