Artist Bio

Jenny Dale Stables is an artist and educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. She holds a BFA, a BEd, and a Certificate as a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner. Through her business, Jenny Dale Designs, she creates whimsical illustrations, sculptures, puppets, and paintings. Jenny has illustrated and/or authored over 20 books. She leads school art residencies in Calgary and surrounding areas, specializing in a wide range of visual media. Currently, she is the Education Coordinator at Arts Commons, a Workshop Facilitator for WP Puppet Theatre, and the Director of Family Programming for the Sparrow Arts Society.
