Arts Commons believes it is important to bring quality arts-based experiences to schools during the pandemic. With social distancing in mind, Arts Commons is working with its talented roster to bring programming virtually to your classroom or Hub online classroom.
Arts Commons continues to offer Artist-in-Residencies in-schools and in-community (outdoors). Custom designed to support your curriculum, residencies can be designed to suit individual classes to school-wide, multi-day experiences.
This program brings artists to schools for customized, curricular themed projects engaging students and teachers in multidisciplinary, arts-based learning. Visual art, drama, dance, music can be combined into a single day or multi-day project. Highly customizable in scale, the education team will work with individual requests to design and plan your Artist-in-Residence experience.
