Corinne Grigoriu is a partner in the Tax & Trusts Group at Cassels. Corinne’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment and financing, corporate reorganization and restructuring transactions and private equity investments. Corinne provides trusted and strategic tax advice to clients in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, mining,renewable energy and technology.

Corinne provides strategic tax advice to facilitate indigenous equity and economic participation in various projects in the energy sector, and has acted for both industry and Indigenous groups on the development, implementation and financing of indigenous partnerships. In addition, Corinne works regularly with Indigenous groups to structure their economic development activities and acts as a trusted advisor on the development of internal governance and fiscal policies.

Corinne is a frequent presenter and author on tax law matters, most recently authoring a chapter in The Law of Indigenous Ownership and Projects.
