Craig Senyk is Board Chair at Mawer Investment Management, which he joined in 1997.

Mr. Senyk has held multiple roles during his tenure. He served as the firm’s President from 2019 until 2023 and as Vice Chair of Mawer’s Board of Directors from 2016 until 2023. He was Portfolio Manager of the Mawer Tax Effective Balanced strategy, Director of Portfolio Management, leading both institutional and individual business segments, and served on multiple firm committees, such as Management Committee, Risk Management Committee, and the Ownership Oversight Committee. He has been on Mawer’s Board of Directors since 2001.

Mr. Senyk is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and member of the CFA Institute. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Alberta, which he received in 1995, and is a past president of both the Calgary CFA Society and the Calgary chapter of the University of Alberta School of Business Alumni Association. In the community, he has been recognized as one of Calgary’s Top 40 under 40, is past Chair of Theatre Calgary, and also co-hosts the Calgary and Toronto Jamborees for Charity with his wife, Cara Senyk.
