Holly Schile

Holly Schile is the Director of Arts & Culture at the Calgary Catholic School District. Holly holds a Masters of Educational Leadership (Concordia University), and a Bachelor of Education, Music-Visual Art (McGill University). With over 30 years of experience working within public education, Holly understands the transformative power of artistic and creative expression and incorporates that into shaping the climate and culture of the school district. She is a passionate advocate for racial justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and culturally responsive environment. Holly is a proud member of the CCSD Women Who Lead: Women in Leadership Committee, and can often be found in the community, supporting all things arts and culture, and promoting courageous dialogue to empower learners of all ages. Holly is also a musician, mixed media artist, loves to write and dreams about being a chef!
