As Regional President for Alberta and the Territories, Kirk leads a Team of over 2,500 employees in providing financial advice and services to RBC’s Personal Banking clients in the Region.

He has 25+ years of experience with RBC and has held various senior leadership roles in Alberta & Atlantic Canada in Human Resources, Retail Banking, Financial Planning, and Commercial Banking. Kirk is known for demonstrating outstanding collaboration, innovation, and an unparalleled client-first approach.

He is a business graduate of Cape Breton University and holds his Personal Financial Planner designation through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Kirk is an active and dedicated community leader. He has served on the Board of Directors for Volunteer Canada, and presently serves on the Calgary Arts Commons Board of Directors, Calgary Petroleum Club Board of Governors, and SAIT Real Futures Fundraising Cabinet.
