The Big Secret Theatre is home to the One Yellow Rabbit Performance Theatre Company. Born as a “punk rebel upstart troupe of creatives,” OYR’s mission is to create and present vital, surprising performance experiences. The 165+ seat theatre structure, originally designed to function as a lounge, is known as a Black Box, where there is no formal stage area. While the 24-foot (8 m) ceiling promises openness, the small space with its simple black interior retains its closeness between audience and performers. Telescoping seating banks allow for fast and simple reconfiguration of the audience seating.
