The Motel Theatre is the home of Downstage, who curate the space as an accessible home for smaller theatre and performance companies. Located on the mezzanine level of Arts Commons across from the Big Secret Theatre, Motel is instantly recognizable by its whimsical sign. The intimate, 50-seat black-box style theatre is highly versatile so demands for rentals is high.
