Doug Smith is a distinguished wildlife biologist renowned for his pivotal role in Yellowstone National Park's wolf reintroduction program. With over three decades of experience, Smith's dedication has reshaped ecosystem dynamics, particularly through the Yellowstone Wolf Project. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from the University of Idaho and a Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno. Smith's prolific career encompasses extensive fieldwork, research publications, and educational outreach, earning him accolades as a National Geographic Explorer. Through his pioneering efforts and deep commitment to conservation, Smith continues to inspire generations in understanding and safeguarding the delicate balance of nature.
