STRESS IS A MONSTER THAT EATS ME ALIVE

May 01 - July 04

Through traditional media I typically illustrate a caricature of myself who will navigate my thoughts and feelings. I often use oddity and humour to broach topics that are mundane or serious to make them palatable, relatable, and easily digestible for myself and others. With my fibre art I find myself creating objects of play; stuffed animals with interactive elements that are fun to engage with and that connect me to my childhood.

Through the art of cabaret, this showcase of local voices curated by Toyin Lamas and Marshall Vielle invites you to experience unapologetically authentic and personal expressions of art and identity.
