Classic Albums Live: Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin 1
Remember when you used to listen to an entire album from start to finish? When flipping the vinyl was a cherished ritual of music appreciation? Arts Commons Presents and Classic Albums Live do.
Led Zeppelin took the rock & roll made popular by The Beatles and infused the genre with psychedelic blues and an edge that influenced generations of hard rock and heavy metal musicians. Zeppelin’s debut album made waves in the landscape of late 60s, early 70s music, the rare case when every song is a masterpiece. From Robert Plant's classic howl on Babe I’m Gonna Leave You to Jimmy Page’s ecstatic guitar on Communication Breakdown, it was unlike anything that had come before and still stands alone for its boldness. Join Arts Commons Presents and Classic Albums Live for Led Zeppelin: Led Zeppelin I, a night of classic rock from the band that started it all.
Classic Albums Live is a listening party that evokes your love for your favourite albums – live and in person.
