ARTIST STATEMENT:

My work often explores notions of transience or impermanence through the documentation of architecture from my surrounding environment. Photographing spaces using multiple exposures or layering of imagery in mixed medias, I highlight the often-overlooked qualities and histories of neglected spaces and structures. By blurring the lines between different artistic disciplines, I strive to create a distinct visual language that challenges traditional artistic genres. Incorporating factual, imaginative and symbolic elements that further deepen the narrative, I invite viewers to question their perception of the artwork and their realities.
