Shaping the Future Leaders through Creativity
Arts education is not optional—it’s essential. It equips young people with the creativity, confidence, and critical thinking skills they need to thrive. It empowers teachers to cultivate curiosity in the classroom, gives parents a way to nurture their child’s self-expression, and strengthens communities by fostering collaboration and cultural understanding. Beyond creativity, arts education builds the leaders of tomorrow. Through the arts, young people develop essential leadership skills—problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and the confidence to think outside the box.
Welcome to the Arts ReimaginED Festival!
Join us for a month-long festival dedicated to transforming the role of arts education in our schools and communities. It is a call to creativity for educators, teaching artists, families, young people, and leaders to recognize the arts as a cornerstone of learning, leadership, and connection.

Teaching Artists
Discovery Lab: Purpose, Connection, Collaboration, and Mentorship
How do purpose, connection, collaboration, and mentorship shape and elevate your creative practice and teaching artistry?
Teaching artists are invited to explore these foundational elements and their transformative impact on artistic growth, learning environments, and community engagement. Through reciprocity, cross-disciplinary perspectives, and diverse ways of knowing, this interactive experience will guide artists in understanding how their own curiosity and inquiry process can deepen artistic expression, strengthen relationships, and foster meaningful change.
